Florida solar companies can now use Mission Solar Energy modules for their projects thanks to the recent registration of MSE modules by the Florida Solar Energy Center (FSEC). State law requires that all solar PV modules must comply with strict standards required by the state for all solar projects.
Florida is known as the “sunshine state” so it is no surprise it ranks third in the nation for solar rooftop potential, according to the Solar Energy Industry Association (SEIA). This makes Florida a prime market for Mission Solar Energy and its 60 cell modules that are ideal for rooftop use.
“We see a lot of opportunity in Florida and the FSEC registration gives us the green light to start doing business in the state,” says Aaron Arriaga who handles sales for Mission Solar in Florida. “We know that Floridians strongly care about using products that are manufactured in the United States. We are looking forward to fulfilling that need for Florida solar companies.”
