When I think back to the start of this year, I can honestly say it did not unfold the way we at Mission Solar expected. If you had asked me on January 1 what the year ahead would look like, I would not have predicted many of the twists and turns we experienced across our industry.
It was a year full of surprises. Some were challenging. Some forced difficult decisions. But what stood out to me most was how Mission Solar Energy responded. Time and again, we showed the resilience, discipline, and adaptability needed to navigate a tough environment and come out stronger on the other side.
A big part of that strength comes from how we’ve positioned ourselves over the long term. Our Non-FEOC orientation and our focus on transparency have proven to be real advantages in a year defined by policy changes and uncertainty. While the rules have continued to shift, our customers have been able to rely on clarity and consistency from Mission Solar.
We remain deeply committed to U.S. manufacturing. Policy changes have slowed progress toward deeper supply chain integration across the industry, but we have continued to invest in U.S. production. We continue to make inroads into the C&I segment of our market and plan to continue to build on our growth in that space in 2026.
We are also fortunate to be part of the OCI family. OCI Holdings continues to strengthen its global position with a growing focus on the U.S. market, including investments in wafer expansion and polysilicon production. That long-term view gives Mission Solar the backing and stability needed to serve customers reliably today while preparing for the future.
Throughout the year, the Mission Solar Way has guided our decisions. By doing right by our customers, standing behind our products, and operating with integrity, we continue to strengthen our brand. That commitment is a key reason we remain the longest-running supplier of crystalline solar modules manufactured in the United States.
As we close out the year, we see multiple paths for continued growth. We enter 2026 in a strong position, ready for whatever the year brings, and confident in our ability to support our partners.
Thank you to our customers for trust and your partnership. Thank you to the Mission Solar team for your hard work, tenacity and professionalism. I look forward to what’s ahead.
Sincerely,
Sam Martens
