At Mission Solar Energy, we believe in growing our people as we grow our business. We’re proud to share that two of our own have stepped into new leadership roles that reflect their hard work and their lasting impact on our company.
Rachel Su has been promoted to Director of Finance and Accounting. Rachel has been part of Mission Solar since our early years, helping build the strong financial foundation that supports our operations today. Over more than a decade with the company, she’s led budgeting, reporting, and financial planning with precision and care. In her new role, Rachel will continue guiding our financial strategy and ensuring that every decision aligns with our long-term business goals.
Laura Anderson has been named Director of Marketing and Communications. Laura brings more than 15 years of experience in solar and manufacturing marketing, with five of those years being right here within the Mission Solar and OCI Enterprises family. After rejoining our team in 2024, she’s helped strengthen how we tell our story, connect with our customers, and position our products across the commercial and industrial markets. As Director, she’ll continue leading our marketing strategy and brand development with the same clarity and purpose she’s brought since day one.
